A Walk to Remember: One Mother's Legacy is a memorial to my son's life, a reminder of my healing journey. My walk/bike began on August 31, 2002 from the Chardon Cemetery, Chardon, Ohio. Eric was born, lived and is now buried there. My final destination is Phoenix. Arizona, on November 21, 2003. This is Eric's birthday and it's where he died. This journey of 2000+ miles is a tribute to Eric's life and to the lives of all our loved ones who chose to die too soon. As I walk and bike, I will continue to have conversations about suicide and its impact on families and communities
